Looking to improve your overall strength and fitness but do not know where to start? Stuck in a training rut? Have a specific goal in mind? Have a race or competition in the pipeline? Then our 8 week online coaching service is perfect for you!
What is all included?
An 8 week workout plan focussing on strength and fitness which will be personalised to you, your goals and your training environment.
Workout type, length and frequency all adjusted to suit you and your goals.
Workouts adjusted to suit the equipment available to you.
All workouts delivered seamlessly via our app enabling detailed video guidance and instruction for every rep, step and movement of your plan.
You will receive access to an exclusive information pack full of research backed hints and tips to help you get the most out of your program.
Weekly check-ins and opportunity for video feedback analysis come as standard to help keep you motivated, accountable and that technique on track. This also allows for any program adjustments to be made accordingly throughout the 8 weeks.
Optional 1-2-1 personal training sessions can also be purchased. These are held at Tweed Podiatry, Kelso and are £50 for 45 minutes. Please use the links below to book:

What happens next?
Get in touch via our contact form to register your interest. Please include your name, date of birth, a little bit about your current and past fitness history, and of course what you are seeking our assistance with!
You will then be invited to sign up to our app and fill out our detailed questionnaires enabling us to create your personalised plan.
Your plan will then be scheduled into the app and you are good to go chase those goals!
Note that you have full autonomy as to when your workouts are carried out. They will be scheduled into your calendar in a manner that allows for the best results, but with the best will in the world we know and appreciate that life happens. You can adjust the times and days of the workouts to suit you!
Points to note.
Full payment is required prior to the app invite being sent.
Please allow 7 - 10 working days, from payment being received, for your plan to be created and scheduled into your diary. We will endeavour, where possible, to start every plan on the closest Monday within that time frame.
Please note that we are not pregnancy or post-partum specialists. We advise that you seek specialist advice whilst exercising during pregnancy, and ask that anyone returning postpartum has undergone a specific return to exercise postpartum/postnatal program.
Please note that you are undertaking the planned exercise at your own risk and that HL Strength & Fitness cannot be held responsible for any injury that may occur whilst performing these movements. It is in your best interest to notify your coach immediately if any injury occurs in order for your plan to be adapted to suit your specific needs.
We are aware that injury, illness and general life can occur. We are happy to extend your program by 1 week, (all 8 week programs are fully accessible for 9 weeks from the start date), but any further extensions will come with a £8 charge/month. We will inactive access to your plan until payment has been received.
Should you not wish to continue on your strength and fitness journey with us, please note that no refunds can be made. We will continue your access to your plan until the established end-date and then access will be ceased.
